Please read before purchasing from Sscratched Singapore

All sales are pre-order,which means items will reach your doorstep in approximately 2 to 3 weeks.
We do not hold any instock of goods thus shipping will take about 2 weeks approx to reach Singapore for every preorder.

How is the process?
We will close pre-order on every alternate Friday and place your orders for you. Once it all reaches Singapore, we will ship it via overseas surface mail (sea) and local registered postage.

Terms and conditions
1. Sscratched will not be responsible for any lost mail or custom problems. Customers are liable for any overseas custom tax charges.
2.No exchange, No refunds. We provided measurements so we are not responsible if it does not fit you. 
3.Any small defects will not be entertained as items will be thoroughly checked before delivery.
4.Payment to be in within 24 hours after confirmation
5.All mails / queries should be directed to sscratched@hotmail.com
6.Payment should be in within 24 hours of confirmation, otherwise you will be blacklisted.
7.Only LOCAL BANK TRANSFER and PayPal payment is allowed at the moment.
8.Overseas orders within Asia are accepted but it will take 3-5 weeks to reach at a fixed price of SGD$5 and will be sent over via overseas registered air mail (SingPost).

9. For estimated delivery days for overseas shipping, please go to http://www.singpost.com/send-documentparcel/postage-rates/273.html under ordinary mail surface.

10. Postage fee for international shipping and local shipping will be at a fixed price of SGD$5 for countries located within Asia. We will only mail your items via registered mail to ensure a secured delivery. Please go to http://www.singpost.com/ to track your items with the tracking number enclosed to you via email once it has been sent out.
11.Payments will be verified within 48 hours excluding weekends.

1. Is a meet-up possible for cash and carry?
We are currently unable to do so.
2. I do not have a local bank account, is there any other way to make payment?
